What does PoZo mean?

PoZo is the shortened version of “position pillow” because our pillows are designed to eliminate pressure points in specific sleep and lounging positions.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping anywhere in the continental US. Arrives in 2-6 business days via FedEx or UPS.

Sorry, we do not deliver outside of the continental US.

 

What type of foam do you use?

We use the highest quality CertiPur memory foam. It is hypoallergenic and non-flammable.

 

What is the firmness of your foam?

Our foam hits the sweet spot of firm enough to offer real support but soft enough to sink into.

 

What are your pillowcases made from?

Our pillowcases are 100%-polyester. We chose this material because it has a silky softness but is also durable, with the elasticity and breathability of yoga pants.

 

Where are PoZo Pillows made?

The pillows are concepted, designed, and fulfilled in the US and manufactured in China. About 70% of our costs are paid to US entities.
