Returns

With our 100-day free trial, you can rest easy because we are confident you will love your order. That said, if you feel the need to return the item, contact info@pozo.store with “Return” as the subject line.

We do not accept returns during the first 30 days after delivery because that is how long it takes to adjust to a new pillow. After 30 days, we will print you a return shipping label. Once we receive the shipment at our warehouse, your order will be refunded minus the shipping costs and a $25 restocking fee. Products that have been tainted in any way will not be refunded.
